Our mission is to reimagine how advocacy efforts meaningfully engage and interact with their communities and histories. Through a decentralized system of volunteers, our project rejects the neo-liberalization of organizational groups that have seemingly become the norm of contemporary advocacy groups and presents a project that focuses on community interactions beyond the capital. Every part of our project aims to reaffirm our devotion to genuine interactions with our advocates and supporters. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide our community with meaningful support, whether through the organizations we support, the 100% profits we donate, the events we host, or the process of creating our shirts/totes/crewnecks.

Our project reflects the legacy and importance of these socio-political movements as they have existed throughout history and will continue to exist. Our project prides itself on its awareness of its historicity. Our project and designs aim not to showcase any supposed moral superiority or seek personal rewards but to express our love and appreciation for our community and its rich history. This is not a collection of AOC “Tax the Rich” slogans meant to regurgitate a neoliberal system of philanthropy but rather highlight the continued resistance embedded within the slogans and their histories.
